Yoga is complimentary to all activites, be they sporting or domestic and improves flexibility,whilst increasing mindfulness.

The style of Yoga I teach is based on the Iyengar method, which employs the principle of sustained asanas (poses) to build up bodily strength and awareness through correct alignment.

I have been teaching small Yoga classes twice a week for over 10 years, with a student age range from 15 to 80 years old. I have also had the privilege of attending quite a few workshops, over the years, delivered by teachers directly trained by Mr Iyengar or his immediate family. I have been a consistent yoga student since 2000.
